As a professional B2B packaging manufacturer, ChromaPack is committed to delivering products that meet strict industrial standards. Since all our products are custom-manufactured to unique specifications, our policy focuses on **Quality Assurance** and **Fair Resolution** rather than standard consumer returns.

1. Manufacturing Standards & Tolerances

In accordance with international printing and packaging industry standards, the following tolerances apply to all bulk orders:

  • Color Accuracy: We utilize Pantone (PMS) matching. A Delta E variance of < 2.0 is considered acceptable for industrial offset printing.
  • Quantity Variance: Due to the complexity of the manufacturing process, a +/- 5% variance in final quantity is standard. Final invoices will be adjusted to the actual quantity shipped.
  • Dimensions: A structural tolerance of +/- 0.5mm is applied to all die-cut dimensions.

2. Pre-Production Approval (Golden Sample)

Mass production only commences after the client has approved a digital proof or a physical "Golden Sample." This sample serves as the legal and technical benchmark for the entire bulk production run.

3. Quality Claim Procedure

Upon receipt of your shipment, please conduct a thorough inspection. If any quality discrepancies are found:

  • Notification Window: Claims must be submitted in writing within 15 calendar days of receiving the goods.
  • Required Evidence: Please provide high-resolution photos and/or videos detailing the defect, along with the specific batch or carton number.
  • Inspection: For large-scale claims, we may request a third-party inspection or a small set of samples to be returned to our laboratory for analysis.

4. Resolution & Remedies

If the defect is verified to be a manufacturing error by ChromaPack, we provide the following solutions:

  • Remake: We will reproduce the defective units free of charge and ship them via prioritized logistics.
  • Credit: A credit note equivalent to the value of the defective goods to be applied to future orders.
  • Partial Refund: If the goods are usable but do not meet perfect standards, a partial refund or discount may be negotiated.

Note: Due to the custom nature of our products, orders cannot be cancelled or returned for a refund once mass production has begun if the products match the approved Golden Sample.
