Degassing, Barrier & Roast Level
Our published coffee reference specifies an 80–150 μm pouch laminate with WVTR ≤ 1 and a one-way degassing valve of Ø 2–5 mm, plus drip coffee filter fibre engineered for high-speed flow. Freshly roasted coffee releases CO₂ for days after roasting; without a valve that gas pressurises the pouch, and with the wrong valve it vents aroma instead. Tell us your roast schedule and target shelf life and the valve and laminate are selected together.
