Structure & Finish for Beauty SKUs
Our published cosmetic reference covers two structures: folding carton on 150–300 g/m2 board with 3,000–5,000 N compression, and luxury rigid box on 300–400 g/m2 board with 5,000–8,000 N compression. Both are printed at 300 dpi or better, and finishing options include soft-touch lamination, spot UV, gold foil and V-slot. For beauty products the choice is usually driven by shelf presence versus shipping protection rather than by print quality alone.
Sampling, MOQ & Colour Control
Brand colours are approved on a physical sample, not from a screen proof, because RGB displays and CMYK presses have different gamuts. Minimum order quantity is 500 pcs per design and size and sampling carries no volume commitment. Multi-piece sets are sampled with their inserts together so fit is verified at the same time as print.
